With lovely friends Sam Thomas and Gemma Gallivan
I love this stage!
With Nicola and Rich
Friends of many years Gemma and Louise
Lovely Wynne Evans

What an amazing night we had back at Swansea Grand Theatre for Variety Night Live.

The show was produced by Genie Productions which is the company of old friend Craig and Gemma Gallivan.

It was lovely to catch up with many old friends on the night, including Louise Evans from The Grand and our DSM from Panto Nicola Redfern and Rich, her husband another lovely panto friend.

Add to that the great crew and front of House Team at the Grand and the nation’s lighting genius Chris ‘Bomber’ Barrett.

It was a joy to host the show and have such fun with the lovely audience, but what a lineup, including two Britain’s Got Talent Winners in Jon Courtney and Axel Blake.

International Circus Star Kris Madden was amazing what a opening act in young Eva Ossei-Gerning who has already appeared in some of TV’s most successful shows!

Trinity-Leigh Cooper, known to many after her appearance on The Voice was on top form and whatca voice whilst one time Strictly Pro dancer  Vincent Simone and his partner Victoria Martin were real audience favourites.

Wynne Evans is without doubt one of Wales’ favourite sons and its easy to understand why.

Wynne is warm, funny and incredibly talented and won a standing ovation from the audience.

However, for me, the undoubtedly star of the show was West End star and dear friend, Samantha Thomas!

Sam and I have just finished Panto together where she played Cinderella.

What a voice, Sam, who has already wowed audiences in the West End has a big future ahead of her!

We’re back at the Grand with Genie productions for The Stars of Tomorrow on February 12th, 13th and !4th.
